I still remember the evenings in the hallway of our home, when people came seeking relief from physical pain. My mother often explained to me how closely those physical issues were connected to emotions held deep within the soul. I would stand beside her, handing her oils and herbs as she worked. These moments left a lasting impression on me and awakened my passion for holistic healing methods that treat the body, mind, and soul as one.<\/p><p>In 2004, I traveled to India to deepen my knowledge of Ayurveda under the guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor. Ayurveda, rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, is often called the &#8220;healing science of India&#8221; and focuses on recognizing imbalances in the body while harmonizing the mind, body, and soul to help ease the stresses of everyday life.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1617\">I began my professional career at Sokai, a wellness and health services company in the Frankfurt area in 2005. For 20 years, I worked there as a freelance massage therapist and gained valuable experience. I still remember the happiness I felt when, after my first treatments, clients walked away feeling deeply relaxed. Even though the beginning wasn\u2019t always easy, I knew: this was my destiny.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1834\">2024, I finally founded <em data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1672\">Soa&#8217;s travelling massages &#8211; <\/em>my own passion project.
